Refund Policy

Voltaris eBikes will accept returns for a refund within 30 days of purchase, subject to the conditions below.* Returns must be in the same brand-new, unused condition as when initially dispatched. Any discrepancies will be assessed before refunds are issued. This policy is non-negotiable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received—unused, unmarked, and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at voltarisebikes@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can assess the issue and provide a resolution. 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

Theses items cannot be returned due to 'change of mind':

  • Special orders or personalized items such as Custom-built eBike battery packs and Custom-built eBikes.

  • Individual battery cells (Unless factory defect, however these are inspected and tested prior to sale)

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Returns/Refunds must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be brand new, unmarked, and unused.

  • Original packaging must be intact.

  • A 10% restocking may apply to all change-of-mind returns.

  • The original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Cancellations Before Shipping Orders cancelled before dispatch that were paid using Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) services such as Afterpay, Zip, or Humm will incur a 10% cancellation fee to cover non-refundable merchant fees.

This policy aligns with Australian Consumer Law, which provides additional protections for faulty or misrepresented goods.
